पूर्वी चंपारण जिले के लिए गर्व का क्षण है कि हमारे ही जिले के एक शिक्षक रहे श्रीमान महेश कुमार जी ने अपने समर्पण, कठिन परिश्रम और अदम्य इच्छाशक्ति से संघ लोक सेवा आयोग (UPSC) की प्रतिष्ठित परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण कर भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (IAS) में स्थान प्राप्त किया है।
